THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date above).
OUR CONTRACT
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.
After you submit an order we will send the order details to you in an e-mail (our first e-mail). Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we communicate, via telephone or email, details of how we will deliver your products to you. Up to this point we may decline all or part of your order for any reason.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They include any VAT payable.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order with the corrected information or cancel it.
We accept payment by MasterCard & Visa. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
GOODS
We reserve the right to alter any specifications on the products featured on this website without prior notice. All sizes, weights and colours shown, are intended as a guide only and are approximate. Representations of colours are approximate, due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. If you are unsure, please contact us.
DELIVERY
We deliver anywhere in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
You must sign for all goods on receipt. Failure to do this may result in prolonged delays in processing your claim for any damaged or faulty goods, once the courier has left the premises.
Should an order be cancelled after despatch or you refuse delivery of an item, then we will reserve the right to levy an administration charge deducted from any refund of monies due to you (This will be equivalent to our return courier fee and is weight dependant)
Your order will be processed the next working day from point of ordering. We will normally deliver your goods within ten to fourteen working days of ordering.
DELIVERY CHARGES

GUARANTEE
We offer a six-month guarantee on all products.
All of our goods offer a 7-day No Quibble Guarantee in addition to any manufacturers guarantee. Any item purchased may be returned, at your own expense, within seven days of delivery providing that all packaging is complete, the goods are unused and your receipt is enclosed. When returning any goods, you MUST provide your receipt and a brief letter explaining why you are returning the goods. This MUST be attached to the OUTSIDE of the box containing the goods. Failure to comply with this may result in unnecessary delays in processing any refunds or exchanges. All goods for return must be boxed securely.

Any refunds due to the customer will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods as per Distance Selling Regulations.
Please note that the use of Buggy Boards on any pushchair will automatically make any guarantee with manufacturer and retailer alike, null and void, and therefore any damages resulting from the use of these, will not be repaired free of charge, and will incur additional carriage fees back to the customer.
All guarantees are effective from the date of delivery.
